shaking with coffee, now. i’m still writing the paper on the floating opera, the main character of which is named todd andrews. at the coffeehouse this evening, i was editing said paper and i noticed that all throughout it, i kept referring to todd andrews as todd anderson. it took me a moment before i realized that todd anderson is the ethan hawke character from dead poets society, at which point i made a note of it on my paper (next to an addendum paragraph above which i had written, “this point is frighteningly dubious”), so that i would remember to tell you about it. you know, because of irony.

things intended to accomplish today have occurred. we’re getting things done, going forward, moving ahead. you know, just like devo. it is good.
