i am an english geek post #2:
when i edit my papers or make notes in the margins of books, i always use html. for instance, if i use a word in a paper that i want to put in italics, above the word i’ll write “ .” and last night when i was reading as i lay dying, i was making notes in the margins of things as i understood them to be in the book. there’s one part where i wrote “oh, so darl wasn’t there for this section. the parts are his.”
my various geeks are coming together, it would seem. soon i’ll be a big ball of web-english geekdom.
(addendum: being an english geek is much easier than being a physics geek.)
