have i ever told you how much i love the sound and the fury? no? well it’s one of my favorite books of all time. it takes place in early 20th century mississippi, and each of the four sections of the book is from the point of view of a member of the compson household. the whole thing is like a puzzle to put together as you read each chapter, and by the end, you have the entire story. i’m in absolute heaven in american lit class because we’re discussing it, and since i’ve already read it, i know how the puzzle fits together. it’s so much fun to watch the other people figure it out.

oh, and johanna sent me a harry potter trivia challenge. it was actually somewhat difficult, even though i read all four harry potter books not too long ago. so if you’re a huge dork like me (and i know you are), you can waste a lot of good paper-writing time trying to remember how many uses there are for dragon blood (12).

you come down to this.
